The plumbing is acting up again and Kate has no better idea than to call over the handsome neighbor guy, Maximo for help. Maximo always had a thing for damsels in distress but in his eagerness to repair the he gets his attire all wet. He surely can not go back home like this so following the advice of Kate, he takes off his clothes to dry which proves to be a big mistake. A naked man is simply too much temptation for the girl who is already eager to show gratitude and she has just the right idea about how to show it.
